Technical Trainer

We''re supporting a leading defence engineering business in their search for a Technical Trainer to join their Aftermarket Services team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a field service, electronics, or electro-mechanical background who enjoys sharing knowledge and working directly with customers. You''ll play a key role in developing and delivering technical training programmes for advanced defence systems, both in the UK and internationally. Core Duties:Designing, developing, and delivering technical training courses for specialist equipment and systemsProducing training materials, manuals, presentations, and supporting documentationDelivering both classroom-based and practical hands-on trainingConducting trainee assessments and evaluating competency levelsActing as a technical support subject matter expert for customer queriesWorking closely with project teams to ensure training aligns with customer requirementsProducing training reports and feedback documentationBuilding strong customer relationships and providing a high level of technical supportSupporting the continuous improvement of training programmes and materialsMaintaining technical competence through ongoing collaboration with Field Service EngineersAbout You:HNC, HND, ONC, or Degree qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related disciplineProven field service, maintenance, or technical support experienceStrong understanding of electronic, electro-mechanical, or ..... full job details .....
