We are working with a leading international manufacturer within the construction industry to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their UK head office team in London.This role combines administrative and technical responsibilities, supporting both the internal team and dealers worldwide. You will have the opportunity to develop technical solutions, build product knowledge, and work closely with colleagues across Europe.Responsibilities

Manage order processing and related administrative tasksProvide technical and administrative support to dealers by phone, email, and online toolsCollaborate with technical departments across EuropeGenerate pricing and quotations for specialist productsCreate production drawings using AutoCAD when requiredUse company-specific software and maintain accurate recordsQualifications
