You will be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems and learning across a variety of platforms and roles.You will start with a guided onboarding, support one client on production, and progressively handle multiple interactions across chat, email, and MS Teams while delivering concierge-level care. You will collaborate with back-office teams on escalations and have opportunities to learn from mentors and senior colleagues. You can develop expertise in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and pursue certifications across Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, and more.This is a "start here, go anywhere" opportunity to explore various Kyndryl job roles and potentially advance to higher levels or more technical positions.Responsibilities
