Technical Support Officer - Housing Property Services (Contract)Immediate opportunity for an organised, customer-focused administrator to join a busy Housing Property Services team.The RoleWe are seeking a Technical Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support across Housing Property Services, including Repairs and Maintenance, Engineering, and Compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting both internal teams and external customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and progress work orders from receipt through to completion and invoicingHandle customer enquiries via phone, face-to-face, and internal channelsProvide administrative and technical support across Housing and Property ServicesMaintain accurate records and update databases in line with data protection requirementsRaise purchase orders, process invoices, and support financial administrationLiaise with tenants, contractors, trades, and colleagues regarding ongoing worksPrepare documents, letters, and maintain filing systemsTake and circulate accurate minutes for team and contract meetingsSupport team training and provide guidance to colleagues where requiredProfessionally handle complaints, queries, and service requestsAbout YouPrevious experience in an administrative or support role (housing or property services preferred)Strong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesConfident working with ..... full job details .....
