This is a customer-facing technical role supporting sales, engineering and product teams, providing pre-sales support, commissioning expertise and ongoing customer liaison across the UK and international markets. What you NEED HNC/D or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or significant hands-on equivalent).Minimum 2 years'' experience in a technical support, applications, or commissioning role.Strong knowledge of gensets, synchronisation, automation or PLC systems.Confident communicator with excellent fault-finding ability and customer service skills.Full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional UK/international travel.
