Technical Support Engineer (Coffee Equipment)Location: MidlandsSalary: 35,000- 37,000 basic + Company CarBenefits: Laptop Mobile Phone Pension Permanent, Full-TimeAbout the RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Engineer to join a global manufacturer of professional coffee and vending equipment.This is a varied office and field-based role, providing technical support to customers and engineers while also travelling to customer sites to provide hands-on assistance.You will become a technical specialist across a portfolio of commercial coffee machines, bean-to-cup systems and automated vending equipment, supporting installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis and ongoing maintenance.The successful candidate will have previous experience working with commercial coffee machines, with a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical and electromechanical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers and field engineers.Diagnose electrical, mechanical and software-related faults on commercial coffee machines.Provide telephone and remote technical assistance.Attend customer sites to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.Support installation, commissioning and servicing of coffee and vending equipment.Configure, test and troubleshoot coffee machines and associated systems.Assist engineers with technical queries and parts identification.Produce technical reports and maintain accurate service records.Liaise with internal ..... full job details .....
