Technical Services Manager

in Portsmouth! You will be responsible for successfully leading the safe and effective delivery of air conditioning, refrigeration, chiller, and heat-pump works across our maintenance contracts.Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate cost estimates and quotations in a timely mannerEnsure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional standardsManage labour and resource allocation for reactive works while achieving SLAsOversee supplier relationships and subcontractor performance managementConduct site visits to check safety compliance and implement corrective actionsUndertake accreditation audits and accident investigationsEnsure risk/method statements are suitable and sufficientOversee purchase invoicing and manage approvalsMonitor job profitability to ensure Gross Profit targets are achievedWhat We''re Looking For:

Air-Conditioning qualifications with working industry knowledge (CandG/NVQ Level 3 and F-Gas Cat 1)CDM and health and safety experience with ability to create site-specific RAMsCommercial and financial awareness of planned and reactive service contractsEnhanced DBS checks capabilityFull UK driving licenceWhat We Offer:
