Technical Services Manager Location: CarlisleCarlisle Salary: 56,000 per annumannum Hours: Full-time, Monday-FridayMonday-Friday Environment: Healthcare The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of Hard FM and Estates services within a healthcare environment in CarlisleCarlisle. This is a senior operational position with responsibility for ensuring the safe, compliant and effective management of critical building services and maintenance across the site. You will lead the Estates and Hard FM function, providing strong leadership to operational teams while ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to a high standard. The role will suit an experienced Technical Services Manager, Estates Manager, Hard FM Manager or Senior Engineering Manager with a strong background in complex environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Estates and Hard FM function, providing direction, support and leadership to Supervisors and Managers. - Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. - Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to maximise asset performance, reliability and compliance. - Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, on time and in line with required standards. - Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Ensure statutory, regulatory, health and ..... full job details .....
