We''re looking for a Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of Hard FM and Estates services, ensuring the safe, effective and compliant operation of critical building services across the site. The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for: Lead and manage the Estates and Hard FM function, providing direction and support to up to four direct reports at Supervisor and Manager level. Ensure the successful delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities in line with contractual requirements and service specifications. Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to maximise asset performance, reliability and compliance across the estate. Monitor operational performance, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, on time and to the required standards. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting continuous service improvement and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
