Technical Services Manager - West London - 50m Refurbishment Project Location: West London Sector: Fit Out and Refurbishment Position: Technical Services Manager Project Value: 50 Million Our client, a leading Fit Out and Refurbishment Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the team on a prestigious 50m refurbishment scheme in West London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex, high-profile project, taking responsibility for the successful delivery and coordination of all MandE packages from pre-construction through to completion. The Role As Technical Services Manager, you will: Oversee the delivery of all Mechanical and Electrical packages. Manage MandE subcontractors and consultant teams. Coordinate technical design information and ensure compliance with project requirements. Drive programme, quality, and commissioning activities. Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery. Attend client and stakeholder meetings throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager with a Main Contractor. Strong track record delivering MandE packages on refurbishment projects. Electrically biased background preferred. Excellent technical knowledge of building services. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
