Technical Services Manager - Mechanical BiasLondon and South / 80,000 to 85,000 + 10% Bonus + Car AllowanceI''m currently working with a well-established Tier 1 fit-out contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Technical Services Manager - Mechanical Bias into their team.This is a business with some serious growth plans over the next 12-18 months, and they are looking for someone who wants to grow with them rather than simply take on another job.You''ll report directly into the Head of Services and will have the opportunity to get involved across project delivery, MEP management, pre-construction, tendering, client relationships and winning work.The role will give you exposure to a lot more than just running the MEP package on a project, with the opportunity to develop your career as the business continues to grow.The ProjectsThe business specialises in commercial fit-out sector, working on projects including airports, high-security environments and other technically demanding spaces across London and the South.Projects range from around 2m to 45m in construction value, with a strong level of repeat business.
