Technical Services Manager - Commercial Fit-OutLocation: London Salary: 80,000- 90,000 + Package Job Type: PermanentAn established commercial fit-out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join its London team.This is an urgent requirement for a proven TSM / MandE professional with strong knowledge across both Mechanical and Electrical services and demonstrable experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.The RoleWorking alongside the project, design, commercial and construction teams, you will take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of building services across commercial fit-out projects.Key responsibilities will include:Managing Mechanical and Electrical packages from design through to completionCoordinating MandE subcontractors, consultants and project teamsReviewing technical drawings, specifications and design informationIdentifying and resolving MandE coordination and technical issuesManaging services installation, testing and commissioningEnsuring MandE works meet programme, quality and project requirementsWorking closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teamsSupporting projects through commissioning, handover and completionEssential RequirementsApplicants must meet the following criteria:Level 6 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringStrong knowledge and experience across both Mechanical and Electrical disciplinesMinimum 10 years'' industry experienceAt least 2 years'' commercial ..... full job details .....
