Technical Services Manager

We are currently working with a well-established fit-out contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit-out projects across London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and coordination of all MandE / technical services from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, working closely with the project team, consultants and specialist subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Manage MandE services across fit-out projects from design through to completion Coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors Review drawings, technical submissions and design information Manage RFIs, variations and technical queries Oversee commissioning, testing and handover Monitor programme, quality and progress of building services Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Design Managers Attend client, consultant and subcontractor meetings Ensure MandE installations are delivered in line with programme and specification Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues Requirements: Previous experience working as a Technical Services Manager, MandE Manager or Building Services Manager Strong commercial fit-out experience Good understanding of both mechanical and electrical services Experience managing projects through design, installation, commissioning and handover Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills ..... full job details .....
