Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded, industry-recognised property owner and manager to appoint 2 Technical Services Managers across premium commercial office environments in London. This is an opportunity to move into an ownership-led setting where engineering standards, asset quality and long-term performance take priority over volume-led service delivery or a purely bottom-line approach. You''ll join an established property business with a strong track record of developing and progressing people internally. With direct exposure to high-quality assets, experienced senior stakeholders and technically complex buildings, the roles offer considerably more ownership than a conventional contractor-side or workspace FM position. Each Technical Services Manager will be responsible for the engineering performance of the whole building, covering central plant, landlord systems, common areas and critical infrastructure, alongside compliance, contractor performance, lifecycle planning and capital improvement activity. This makes the opportunity particularly suited to an engineering or technical services professional looking to build a longer-term client-side career within institutional commercial real estate.
