Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they''re looking to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager to take ownership of MEP delivery on complex projects from pre-construction through to handover. Up to £100,000 basic salary Comprehensive package including travel, pension and private healthcare Long-term, secured project pipeline across London Genuine opportunity to progress within a growing business Collaborative team with a strong technical reputation The Role As Building Services Manager, you''ll be responsible for managing the mechanical and electrical aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full MEP delivery from design through to commissioning and handover Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and design teams Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring buildability Managing RFIs, technical submissions and design changes Monitoring programme, quality and compliance throughout delivery Chairing MEP coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders Supporting commissioning, testing, OandM manuals and final handover Working closely with Project, ..... full job details .....
