This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, technically qualified professional to step into a high-impact role managing engineering teams, client relationships, and a varied programme of planned and reactive works.The successful Technical Services Manager will be field-based and mobile, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of approximately 140 properties across Hampshire. You will be the key point of contact for the client, attending regular meetings, understanding the estate''s needs, and translating that knowledge into effective delivery on the ground.The RoleAs Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary engineering workforce across the contractAttending client meetings to develop a thorough understanding of the estate and its requirementsManaging a programme of works including small to medium refurbishments, such as roof refurbishments and reactive maintenanceObtaining competitive quotations and presenting them to the client for approvalEnsuring high standards of service delivery across all sites within the portfolioActing as the first point of escalation for both the client and the engineering teamSupporting the growth and development of the team in line with contract ..... full job details .....
