to support a leading Fit Out Main Contractor on a commercial fit out project in the West End. This is a

short-term, part-time freelance position

with an immediate start.Key Responsibilities

Lead the early-stage design development for the project.Oversee and coordinate building services with a particular focus on MEP.Ensure technical integration across all services packages.Work closely with the client, design consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.Provide input on compliance, buildability and quality during the preconstruction and early works stage.Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager within the commercial fit out sector.Strong all-round MEP background with solid knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.Experience working with fit out contractors in a design coordination capacity.Ability to work flexibly on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week), attending site in the West End 1–2 days per week as required.Available to start immediately.Short term: Approximately 3–4 weeks.Freelance contract.West End, LondonSeniority level
