Branta are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee the delivery of cleaning, security, catering, and grounds maintenance at a large static site in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a well known site and ensure first-class service delivery.Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support on-site soft services teams, ensuring performance meets contractual and client expectations.Act as the first point of contact for all soft services, providing a proactive and solution-focused approach.Monitor service delivery, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Manage budgets, rotas, and supplier contracts in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.Ensure compliance with all HandS, statutory, and company policies across service lines.Build strong working relationships with the client and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer experience.About You
Facilities Management qualification (or equivalent) - IWFM, BIFM, or similar.NEBOSH certification (or equivalent HandS qualification).Proven experience in facilities management and soft services management, ideally on a large static site.Background in managing multiple service streams including cleaning, catering, grounds, and security.Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing and motivating diverse teams.Excellent organisational and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.Sound understanding of HandS and statutory compliance.Ability to manage budgets and deliver against KPIs.What’s on Offer
