Technical Service & Support Coordinator

Responsible for coordination of Technical Service and Support within the organization, including harmonizing the different regional approaches in terms of processes for technical training, claims management, and workshop concepts and reconciling them with the global strategy.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy knowledge sharing toolsSupport team and gather best practices and deploy within global regionsSupport and coordinate resource managementAssume lead on all Technical Service and support related projectsSupport governance topics, policies, compliance and applicable lawsLiaise with global technical support teamsYour Skills and StrengthsExperience in delivering B2B value-added servicesProcess and structure-orientedStrong team and networking skillsExperience in automotive Aftermarket business would be beneficial, but not necessaryDiplomacy and confidentialityProactive and motivated within a small global teamDo you have any questions?
