Job Title: Honing Room Operative
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Company: Pertemps Wolverhampton are representing a client in Wolverhampton who is seeking an experienced or motivated operative to join their team within a coating specialist environment.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate blast cabinets and blast rooms to remove imperfections from surfaces.
  
  
• Ensure that finishes meet required standards and are quality checked.
  
  
• Prepare surfaces for coating and maintain consistent high-quality output.
  
  
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  
  

• Ability to operate shot blasting cabinets and wet blasting machines.
  
  
• Training will be considered for the right candidate.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
  
  
• Temporary role with potential for permanent placement.
  
  
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.21.
