The Job you ll do We are looking for a technically driven and commercially aware Technical Proposal Engineer to join our Product Solutions team. In this role, you will support our Bid Leaders in developing competitive technical and commercial proposals for our customers. You will translate customer specifications into practical engineering solutions, perform technical evaluations and calculations, and help ensure that every proposed solution is compliant, cost-effective, and fit for purpose. You will work closely with Bid Leaders, Costing, Engineering, Purchasing, Project Management, and key suppliers across multiple customer accounts. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine your engineering knowledge with the commercial side of our business and develop your career towards either a technical specialist or future bid leadership role. As a Technical Proposal Engineer, you play an important role in turning customer requirements into technically sound and competitive solutions. You review specifications, engineering drawings, and technical documentation, perform calculations and evaluations, and work with Bid Leaders and Engineering to determine the most suitable solution during the proposal stage.
