Technical Project ManagerCanterburyFull-timeWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex engineering projects involving hardware and software/firmware systems. This role will see you managing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and driving projects forward in a structured and proactive manner.This position would suit someone with a strong engineering background and proven experience in project management, ideally within defence or a related sector. Experience with surveillance, target acquisition, reconnaissance technologies, or similar environments would be highly beneficial.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful delivery of multiple engineering projectsDefine project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with internal stakeholdersDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsMonitor project progress, performance, and risks, implementing corrective actions where neededManage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate processesLiaise with operations, supply chain, and external vendors to ensure alignment and deliveryPrepare and present project reports covering status, budgets, and quality metricsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersIdentify ..... full job details .....
