Project Manager Europe Global FMCG Business Competitive Salary + BenefitsWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager (NPD / FMCG / Innovation) to join a global consumer goods business within their RandD Project Management Office on a long-term temporarybasis. This is a key role leading the delivery of multiple new product development and product change projects, taking ownership from initial feasibility through to successful product launch across European and international markets.Working within a structured Stage-Gate process, you will lead cross-functional teams across RandD, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing and IT to ensure projects are delivered on time, in full and within budget (OTIF).Key responsibilities include:End-to-end delivery of NPD and product change projectsManaging a portfolio of cross-functional projects through Stage-GateDefining scope, timelines, milestones and deliverablesLeading project planning using MS ProjectManaging risk, issues and change controlCoordinating SAP master data and BOM setupEnsuring smooth transition from project delivery into production/BAUReporting progress to senior stakeholders across Europe and globallyAbout you:Proven Project Manager experience in FMCG/consumer goods RandD /NPDStrong experience delivering cross-functional projectsConfident managing stakeholders at all levelsStrong understanding of Stage-Gate or structured delivery environmentsExcellent communication, organisation and influencing ..... full job details .....
