You will support the management team with the technical planning and coordination of key services—making sure our resources are used efficiently, and that residents and commercial customers receive an excellent standard of service.From improving service schedules and analysing performance data, to handling customer accounts and ensuring compliance with financial processes, this is a varied and rewarding role where your problem-solving and communication skills will shine.Responsibilities
Monitoring and enhancing the efficiency of waste and cleaning servicesAnalysing service and tonnage data to identify opportunities for improvementManaging customer accounts and ensuring accurate invoicing using SAPResponding to service-related enquiries and complaints with professionalism and careSupporting budget management and monitoring financial performanceLiaising with contractors, internal departments, and external stakeholdersHelping coordinate staff training and developmentMaintaining clear communication with the wider team and senior managersWhat We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 GCSEs (including English and Maths)Experience delivering frontline services or managing service contractsProficiency in SAP Finance, Excel, and other Microsoft toolsStrong customer service and stakeholder management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to plan, prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environmentThis is a fixed-term position for 1 year.About Southwark
