Technical Manager

Job Title: Technical Manager Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per annum, based on experience Location: Weybridge, Surrey, working predominately across London and the Southeast, with regular site travel If you have spent years learning solar inside out and you are ready to stop just delivering projects and start shaping how a growing division runs, this is worth a proper look. That growth needs someone who can be trusted to run with it. You would work directly alongside the Technical Director, not several layers removed from decision-making. This is not a standard project-management post. It is a right-hand role, with real input into how projects are planned, priced and delivered, and a genuine say in how the division develops from here. What you''ll do You will manage projects from initial enquiry and survey through to installation, commissioning and handover, keeping engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients moving in the same direction. That means reviewing surveys, designs and quotations, organising labour, materials and access equipment, and monitoring programmes, costs and profitability as you go. You will make sure every installation meets MCS requirements, BS 7671 and company standards, manage DNO applications and handover documentation, and attend site meetings and inspections to catch problems ..... full job details .....
