Senior Technical Manager / Technical Manager 70,000 - 80,000 DOE Surrey and South East Residential Developer / Housebuilder Permanent Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm 42.5 hours per week Immediate InterviewsThe Opportunity:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Manager / Technical Manager to join a well-established and design-led residential developer delivering high-quality homes across Surrey and the wider South East. This is a key technical position within the business, supporting projects from land acquisition and feasibility through to design, approvals and construction. The role would suit an experienced Technical Manager looking for their next step, or a strong Senior Technical Coordinator / Technical Coordinator ready to take on greater responsibility and progress into a management-level position.Importantly, we''re open to candidates from either an architectural or engineering background. What matters most is strong experience within a housebuilder or residential developer environment, combined with the technical knowledge and commercial awareness to coordinate projects and drive them forward.About the Role:You''ll take ownership of the technical coordination of residential developments, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are well-designed, technically compliant, commercially viable and ultimately buildable.
