Technical Manager, Informations Solutions - South of the UK at Roche. Lead a regional support group in the delivery, maintenance and support of digital/IT products within Roche Diagnostics for customers across the South of the UK.What You’ll Do
Based in the South of the UK, guide a regional support group in the support, delivery and maintenance of digital/IT products. Manage all aspects of customer support—preventative, corrective, modification, and installation service activities. Take ownership of technical issues within the Information Solutions area and ensure ongoing maintenance of IT and digital products.Ensure customer and patient centricity, delivering end-to-end solution support, driving software updates, and managing operational costs within your team.Collaborate with peers, Technical Product Managers, Senior Specialists, and Commercial and Marketing teams to deliver differentiated customer solutions.Ensure the Technical Services team is properly staffed with the right people, equipped with the necessary skills and competencies.Who Are You
Degree-educated or with a relevant professional qualification. Experience in IT systems support and implementation, or an equivalent background. Leadership or line management experience is desirable.Adept at providing effective support for pathology laboratory solutions, motivated by exceeding customer expectations and empowering others with knowledge. Strong troubleshooting mindset and ownership of work. Curious, with a passion for driving innovation and training others.Proven skills with Microsoft products, Google Suite, and Salesforce; fluent in written and spoken English.
