Technical Manager

A specialist technology and engineering group are looking for a Technical Manager to join them as a core member of their Executive Leadership Team.As Technical Manager, you ll lead the Group s technology and innovation strategy, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team across different companies in the group.You ll provide oversight across RandD teams, establish standardised processes and design principles, and drive product compliance, engineering tool harmonisation and long-term technology strategy across the Group.A product design background would be very beneficial for this role to drive development of commercially successful physical products.Technical Manager requirements: People managementPrevious experience in a senior technology / RandD leadership roleProduct design experienceExperience implementing Group-wide RandD processes and methodologiesProduct compliance and regulatory standards experienceStrong understanding of design principles, product development and engineering methodologiesStrong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Operations, Finance and Product If you have the required skills and experience for this Technical Manager role or would like to learn more, then please get in touch ASAP with an up-to-date copy of your CV.
