Technical Pre-Construction / Technical CoordinatorSalary: 45,000- 60,000Location: Office-basedSector: Building Envelope / Specialist SubcontractingThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Pre-Construction / Technical Coordinator to join a rapidly growing specialist construction business. This is a key technical position, offering the opportunity to take genuine ownership of the technical process and work closely with the Head of Technical, pre-construction, supply chain and delivery teams.The role will suit someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working through detailed drawing packages, interpreting specifications and ensuring design information is accurate, coordinated and commercially aligned.Experience within doors, fa ades, curtain walling, cladding, roofing, windows, architectural metalwork or other building envelope systems would be highly advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret architectural drawings, specifications and technical information.Analyse complex enquiries and translate requirements into clear technical solutions.Act as the technical interface between clients, customers and the internal design team.Coordinate drawings, revisions, approvals and technical submissions.Ensure drawing revision numbers and technical information are accurately controlled.Identify technical issues, risks and design requirements at pre-construction stage.Work closely with the Head of Technical to maintain high technical standards and improve ..... full job details .....
