Technical / Design ManagerLocation: Potters Bar, HertfordshireSalary: Up to £75,000 per annumSector: Construction / High-Rise Recladding / Façades / Building SafetyEmployment Type: Full-time The Opportunity Hill McGlynn are currently working with an established specialist contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Technical / Design Manager to join their team, based from their offices in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. This is a key technical position within the business, taking responsibility for the design and technical management of high-rise recladding projects across RIBA Stages 3-6. We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience within the high-rise recladding sector, including experience in the preparation and coordination of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) submissions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, designers, specialist subcontractors and internal project teams, ensuring design information is coordinated, compliant and suitable for successful project delivery. The Role As Technical / Design Manager, you will take ownership of the technical and design process across high-rise recladding projects, from developed design through to construction, completion and handover.
