Having been established over 50 years ago, the company started in Europe and the UK arm has been operating for over 10 years, predominantly undertaking commercial and residential sector projects. With a turnover in the region of 50 million, they have recently launched a development team to take on properties across London. The Role Are you an experienced Design Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design process across multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure designs are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and manage the design process across multiple projects from concept through to completion Develop and implement design management strategies, processes, and programmes aligned with project objectives Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants to ensure efficient delivery of design information Work closely with the Pre-Construction team during tender submissions and bid development Review and approve design ..... full job details .....
