Technical Coordinator

Are you a Technical Coordinator looking for a new role We are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator for a Regional Contractor. The Technical Corodinator will be working on residenital led projects, experience working in a Techincal Coordinator position would be advantageous. Location: Northolt - Office and Site Based Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Package About the Role We are working with a well-established regional contractor delivering high-quality residential developments across the region. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple housing and residential-led projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a varied role offering a mix of office and site-based working, coordinating design information, managing consultants, and ensuring technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate architectural, engineering and specialist consultant design teams. Manage the flow of technical information between consultants, site teams and subcontractors. Review and comment on drawings and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements. Support the resolution of design and technical issues during construction. Attend design team meetings, site meetings and progress reviews. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC standards and planning conditions.
