Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Leeds twice a week in office Contract Type: 4 months (potential extension possible) About the Opportunity We are seeking experienced Technical Business Analysts to join a major financial services transformation programme focused on developing a new investment platform and defining the end-to-end business processes, systems and operational capabilities required to support its implementation and migration of existing assets and accounts. This is not a traditional requirements-gathering role. The successful candidates will play a key role in defining new customer, colleague and operational processes, supported by a modern investment platform and integrations across multiple internal systems and third-party providers. You will be responsible for analysing complex business and technical environments, understanding how processes operate from end to end, and translating this into clear, detailed documentation covering processes, systems, controls, data flows and operational dependencies.
