Technical Assistant

Do you have experience working in a Technical department within food manufacturing and are wanting a new challenge then I have a role for you! This opportunity is for a Technical Assistant where you can work alongside an established team pulling in the same direction.You would use your technical experience to support with This position requires a strong understanding of specification writing, artwork approval and customer on line portal systems. Repsonsibilites Responsible for artwork and specification approval and updates Updating specifications on customer portals Arrange collection and testing such as shelf life and various chemical testing, logs and trent results for KPI reporting Support the Technical Manager with site and customer audits Assist with traceability and mass balance exercise during customer audits. Requirements A good working knowledge of current BRC standard Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations. Familiarity with online customer specification systems / portals Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for communication with suppliers, customers, staff and audit situations.
