Technical and Compliance ManagerLocation: East SussexSalary: £50,000-£60,000 plus discretionary bonusContract: Permanent, full-timeWorking arrangement: Hybrid - three days on site and two days working from home.A growing premium health and wellness brand is looking for a Technical and Compliance Manager to take ownership of its technical compliance function and help shape its next stage of growth.Developing and supplying a broad range of nutritional supplements, the business needs someone who can combine strong technical knowledge with clear, practical advice across product compliance, quality systems, labelling, claims and supplier standards.This is a broad, hands-on role with genuine influence. You ll work closely with colleagues across the business, strengthen the systems behind its products and help teams make confident, well-informed decisions from development through to launch.The roleWorking closely with NPD, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, you will ensure products are safe, compliant and supported by robust technical processes.Your responsibilities will include:Owning, maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management SystemWriting and embedding practical SOPs, policies, specifications and technical documentationEnsuring compliance with applicable UK food supplement and labelling requirementsReviewing and approving product labels, health and nutrition claims, and marketing contentSupporting NPD from initial concept through to launch, identifying ..... full job details .....
