Technical and Compliance Manager Location: East SussexSalary: £50,000 to £60,000 plus discretionary bonusContract: Permanent, full-timeWorking arrangement: Predominantly site-based initially A fast-growing premium health and wellness brand is looking for an experienced Technical and Compliance Manager to take ownership of its technical compliance function. The business develops and supplies a broad range of nutritional supplements and is looking for someone who can provide clear, practical guidance across regulatory compliance, product claims, labelling, quality systems and supplier standards. This is a broad and hands-on position with genuine influence across the business. The role Working closely with NPD, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, you will ensure that products remain safe, compliant and supported by effective technical systems. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System Writing, reviewing and maintaining SOPs, policies, specifications and technical documentation Ensuring compliance with UK food supplement and labelling legislation Reviewing product labels, nutritional information, health claims and marketing content Supporting regulatory compliance throughout new product development Providing clear compliance approval before products and campaigns are launched Managing CAPA, complaints, investigations and continuous-improvement activity Leading supplier approval, technical reviews and ..... full job details .....
