Technical and Compliance ManagerLocation: East SussexSalary: £50,000 to £60,000 plus discretionary bonusContract: Permanent, full-timeWorking arrangement: Predominantly site-based initiallyA fast-growing premium health and wellness brand is looking for an experienced Technical and Compliance Manager to take ownership of its technical compliance function.The business develops and supplies a broad range of nutritional supplements and is looking for someone who can provide clear, practical guidance across regulatory compliance, product claims, labelling, quality systems and supplier standards.This is a broad and hands-on position with genuine influence across the business.The roleWorking closely with NPD, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, you will ensure that products remain safe, compliant and supported by effective technical systems.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management SystemWriting, reviewing and maintaining SOPs, policies, specifications and technical documentationEnsuring compliance with UK food supplement and labelling legislationReviewing product labels, nutritional information, health claims and marketing contentSupporting regulatory compliance throughout new product developmentProviding clear compliance approval before products and campaigns are launchedManaging CAPA, complaints, investigations and continuous-improvement activityLeading supplier approval, technical reviews and ongoing supplier ..... full job details .....
