Job Title: Technical Account Manager Employment Type: Temp (3 months) to Permanent Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire Project Type: Pharmaceutical / Regulated Engineering Role Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for leading service delivery and operations for a pharmaceutical contract at our clients Didcot office. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting a high-performing team environment. The Account Manager is accountable for ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client requirements, company standards, and health, safety, and sustainability policies. Key Responsibilities: Lead stakeholder management across client operational teams, developing strong collaborative relationships with client representatives and manufacturing environments. Act as the primary liaison between the company and their client, ensuring service agreements are delivered to required standards. Foster a customer-focused culture and proactively resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction. Analyse customer feedback and service performance data to identify and implement improvements.
