About Your New Employer We are working with a leading property and facilities management company known for their innovative approach and collaborative working culture. You would be working on-site with one of their key clients, a pioneer in semiconductor manufacturing tools, a highly technical and specialist environment with a global reputation. About Your New Job As the Technical Account Manager, you will act as the central point of contact between the client and all service vendors, ensuring seamless management of all on-site operations. Oversee a dedicated team of 40 professionals, including FM team members, engineers, account coordinators, and gas specialists. Maintain critical environments (clean rooms, data centers, etc.), ensuring operational excellence of cooling systems, N+1 redundancy, processing chilled water, and robust filtration. Serve as the management integrator, balancing technical requirements with high-quality customer service to meet both client and regulatory expectations. Directly manage technical challenges, e.g., safe handling of toxic gases, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all facility systems. Full-time position: site-based, outskirts of Bristol, Monday to Friday. What Skills You Need Proven experience overseeing critical environments such as clean rooms or data centers.
