This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, providing strategic advice, and ensuring customers gain maximum value from their technology investments. Working closely with both clients and internal technical teams, you will act as a trusted adviser, helping businesses align their IT services and solutions with their wider business objectives. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Conducting regular service reviews and account management meetings. Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to customers. Identifying opportunities to enhance customers'' IT environments and services. Liaising with technical, service delivery and project teams to ensure successful outcomes. Producing account plans, service reports and technology roadmaps.
