We''re looking for a confident, commercially minded Account Manager to engage with prospective business partners, guide them through the onboarding process and help them realise the value of the platform. You''ll play a key role in converting opportunities into successful partnerships before handing accounts over to the dedicated retention team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting video-based onboarding meetings with prospective business partners
• Explaining the platform, services and partnership offering
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers
• Discussing commercial terms and securing partnership agreements
• Managing partners through the onboarding journey
• Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Working towards individual and team performance targets
• Handover of successfully onboarded partners to the retention team

• Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development or Customer Success
• Confident presenting and building rapport over video calls
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify customer needs
• Organised and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
• Driven by achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
