Business Analysis and Delivery Business Analyst who owns the specification documents and brings together the inputs from subject matter experts, users and architects. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements using techniques like workshops, interviews, and data analysis. Support solution design by translating requirements into user stories, functional specs, or process flows. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Post Execution and Implementation Reviews Lead post-execution reviews to assess whether projects met business goals, timelines, and ROI expectations. Conduct root cause analysis on underperformance or deviations. Present review findings and recommendations to stakeholders and governance forums for improvement actions.
