Role: Team Manager Accommodation ServicesBased: NottinghamRate: £16 - £20 phr (dependent on pay status)Start Date: ASAPDuration: Temp to PermanentHours: Part-Time 30 hours a week Our client, a well-respected charity, dedicated to supporting victims of domestic abuse, are looking for a Team Manager for their accommodation services. Synopsis of duties:Oversee the delivery of high-quality, survivor-centred accommodation services across risk levelsEnsure services meet national standards and accreditation requirements.Maintain compliance with contracts, funding agreements, and internal policies.Lead on service development in line with strategic and operational plans.Line manages and support Survivor Advocacy Support Workers.Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management. Facilitate regular team meetings, case reviews, and reflective practiceContribute to strategic planning, tendering, and service designEssential Requirements:Experience and working knowledge of domestic abuse.Accommodation experience and understanding of regulations.Line-management and supervision of support staff.Must have an enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.Supporting Futures Consulting acts as both an employer and an agency. ..... full job details .....
