Lead and manage a social care team to ensure children, young people, and families receive timely and high-quality assessments, support, and interventions.Collaborate with the Service Manager/Head of Service to develop and deliver services for vulnerable children and their families, aiming to protect them from significant harm.Monitor and manage the team’s budget, ensuring the efficient allocation and use of resources.Ensure that all relevant County policies and procedures are followed, and any concerns are raised in accordance with these guidelines.Work from the office in Kidlington three days a week, with the option to claim for business mileage.Oxford is a historic city and a vibrant hub for professionals in various fields.
