About the Role: As a MASH Team Manager, you will provide leadership, management and professional guidance to your team. Through one to one and group supervisions, you will challenge and motivate the team to deliver outstanding services to our vulnerable children, young people and their families while upholding high professional standards. About You: You will bring a strong combination of professional values, behaviours, and specialist skills, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality social work practice and positive outcomes for children and families.
