We’re hiring a results-driven Team Leader to manage an outbound onboarding team focused on converting new leads into active customers.

This role is ideal for someone from a sales, contact centre, or high-volume customer environment who thrives in a target-driven setting. Industry experience isn’t essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to achieve conversion and revenue targets
• Drive outbound activity (calls, follow-ups, pipeline management)
• Improve lead conversion and customer engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and act on insights
• Build a high-energy, results-focused team culture
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer conversations
