We are seeking an experienced Quality Audit Manager to join our operations to develop, manage, and support our AGI-DS team with auditing and improving data quality.Responsibilities
Manage job assignment on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance on job or queue adherence, volume, and qualitySupport hiring and training of new AssociatesEnsure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basisDevelop the work schedule for the week by balancing work across various workflows and/or navigating competing delivery prioritiesLiaise with Program Management and other global operations team leads to manage risks and propose mitigation strategiesTrack quality and utilization metricsFile and track tickets, following up on blocks to productivityProvide regular, formal and informal feedback to direct reportsIdentify and help implement process-related improvement using methodologies such as Kaizen, six sigma, or leanAbout the team
In this position, you will support associates and project coordinators with their day-to-day work initiatives, activities and deliverables. You will participate in internal and external meetings, improve processes, and build mechanisms.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional or military experienceExperience working with performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicatorsExperience managing a team or a group of people while supporting projects/programsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with process improvement/quality control tools and methodsDemonstrated ability to lead diverse talent within a team, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult issuesExcellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detail-orientedStrong interest in hiring and developing people in their respective rolesLeadership experience in coaching and performance managementExperience in managing process and operational escalationsExperience with aspects of speech and language technologyExperience in project and stakeholder managementAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
