Team Leader

Pertemps are recruiting for Team Leaders based in Hortonwood. Working a day shift, Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist the DFC Pharma Operations First Line Manager in the conduct of their responsibilities, and deputising as necessary.

• Operate Warehouse Management System functionality to ensure that operational system requirements are met, this will, at a high level include: receipting, putaway, despatching, wave creation, order assignment, stock assignment, dock assignment, exception management, exception investigation & system task management/hygiene.
  
  

• Manage and develop the team through PPR completion, to ensure succession planning/talent management is in place.
  
  

• Own and Operate to trained work instructions e.g., ABC Modules / WI.-
  
  

• Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace.-
  
  

• Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy.-
  
  

• Any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role
  
  

You will need:-

NO unspent convictions and be able to pass a basic Criminal Record Check/Disclosure (DBS check) Ability to provide 3 years referencing contacts and have been resident in the UK for the last 5-years.
