We know that our people are our greatest asset, we are successful, dynamic, ambitious and looking for great team players to grow with us.We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader responsible for leading a production team within an extrusion manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and performance targets are achieved, working 4 on 4 off Days 06:00-18:00 at our Clovernook site in Somercotes, Alfreton. WHAT OUR TEAM LEADERS DO: Support production management to implement and execute business improvement plans Support Shift Mangers and the wider team to deliver shift performance targets Responsible for highlighting and implementing performance improvements Help develop a motivated team Ensure key safety activities (risk assessments, safe working practice etc) are carried out Actively seek out and address Health Safety and Environmental issues Ensure production targets are achieved Captured and log shift performance data Ensure all finished and semi-finished goods are in accordance with the works order and quality guidelines Monitoring equipment condition and performance Attend daily production ..... full job details .....
