Team Leader

A role has arisen for a Structures Team Leader for this-leading provider of hospitality, exhibition, and event management services based near Stratford upon Avon.

The role of Structures Team Leader will require someone with both practical and leadership qualities.-

Responsibilities of the Structures Team Leader:-

• Leadership of a team on site
• Staying away on site in line with company requirements
• Delegation of tasks on site and in the yard
• Be involved in all aspects of structure build; planning, preparation, set up and take down
• Driving, loading and unloading vehicles
• Yard duties which include maintenance, stock management and cleaning
• Ensure health and safety is always adhered to
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
• Ensure correct PPE is being worn
• Requirement to conform with, and adhere to, the Quality Management System

Essential Skills of the Structures Team Leader:-

• Team worker
• Proven leadership experience
• Problem solver
• Good communicator
• Practical aptitude and proficient with tool usage and site savvy
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction
